Your voice it scares me,
Your intensity makes me exhale a river of nervous waves
Tides that overwhelm me until my shore is bleak, naked and renewed
Your dark side is so hidden it is like my mine
You stare at me with fear and I see my reflection like glass Just before it breaks
I sit here waiting to be thrown, smashed against my own suppression
Smashed against my own regret
Break me and cut myself open with the pieces
Cut me ‘til this blood starts to flow
Make my eyes see make my blood cry
Let warm red tears gush down my cheeks
So I may taste this truth, speak it from my lips
DIgest it and bleed on

Nice work with the poem. It is very evocative.
After I read your comment, I wanted to come back to this poem again...It is even better the second time around. My only comment this time is to forget about the supression stuff and get over your regret. Those kinds of sentiments are not for someone like you....
